3. Event Listing and Content
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your event, including but not limited to event description, date, time, venue, ticket pricing, and any special conditions. You must ensure that all content you submit complies with applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
4. Ticket Sales and Payment
Ticketmosh facilitates the sale of tickets for your event through our platform. You agree to pay any applicable service fees as outlined in your agreement with Ticketmosh. Payments for ticket sales will be processed according to the payment schedule specified in your agreement. Ticketmosh is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing beyond what is outlined in your agreement.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
You must notify Ticketmosh promptly of any changes to your event, including rescheduling or cancellations. In the event of a cancellation, Ticketmosh will assist in processing refunds or exchanges in accordance with the policies set forth in your agreement and applicable laws. You are responsible for communicating any event changes to ticket holders and addressing their concerns directly.
6. Intellectual Property
You grant Ticketmosh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the event content you provide on our platform for the purpose of promoting and selling tickets to your event. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you provide.
7. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your event and all related activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Ticketmosh will not be liable for any legal issues arising from your event or its promotion.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use Ticketmosh for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
Use the platform to list events that are illegal or in violation of Ticketmosh's policies.
Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or any accounts or systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketmosh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees collected from your specific event listing.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ticketmosh, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your event, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Ticketmosh reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the integrity of our services.
